was founded in 1987 with

design the home of your dreams in a method that is most economical to construct
while including the amenities that you desire.
- Each year we build a limited number
of homes and use the same trade partners for each home many of which have
worked with us for 15 years and are considered the best in their field.
- To do this
we follow a very structured process from the beginning until the last task
is complete.
- This process includes our customers and our trade partners and
allows us to be consistent and repetitive with every house we build.

this method it allows us to understand your expectations and in the end to
exceed those expectations; as demonstrated by the many repeat homes for
satisfied customers and their families that we have built over many years.
